If the price in your cart doesn't decrease after you enter a voucher or discount code, please check the following:

Make sure you entered the code correctly (no spaces, in capital letters).

Ensure you have entered it into the correct field:
- The voucher belongs in the "Enter voucher" field.
- The discount code belongs in the "Do you have a discount code?" field at the bottom of the cart.

If you submit the order without the code being correctly applied, the full price will be charged, and the discount will not be applied retroactively.

If you have a voucher or another discount code, you must enter the number of products directly when placing your order in the cart.

If you are interested in 2 photo books, you must enter the number 2 in the quantity field. If you are interested in 4 items, you must enter the number 4 in the field.

After that, you must also enter the corresponding number of vouchers in the fields next to the product.

If the number of items you require is higher than the number of vouchers, the remaining number can be ordered and the regular price will be charged.

If the required number of items was not entered in the quantity field, it is not possible to claim a refund for the number of products produced.
