FAQ
The application automatically checks the quality of the photos you upload. An orange exclamation mark means the quality might be reduced, but it may not be a problem. We recommend checking it.
A red exclamation mark means the photo quality is likely unsuitable for printing, and we recommend replacing it.
For printing, photos should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
We do not recommend using photos sent via applications like Messenger or WhatsApp, as these programs automatically reduce the quality.
Photos with low quality or pixelation are not a reason for a complaint.
If the program reports that your project contains an empty image or text box, it means you have not filled in all the pre-made image or text boxes.
If you are not interested in these pre-set fields, you can delete them or ignore them completely. Unfilled boxes will be removed when you submit the project.
NOTE: Some pre-set text and image fields also contain clip art that is not automatically deleted and remains part of the project, even if you do not insert text or photos into them. You must therefore remove them manually.
Photo products are printed directly from the submitted data. Therefore, everything you see in the preview will be printed.
The submitted print data is not checked before printing.
The MCLAB program cannot inherit text formatting from other files. For this reason, do not copy and paste texts into photo products; instead, write them directly within the program.
